EVO was a marvelous conference, set in the gorgeous mountain side at The Canyons Resort, that I was lucky enough to attend this past weekend. I cannot begin to thank Jyl and Rachael enough for the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing event. To say that they poured their blood, sweat, and tears into creating an amazing weekend would be an understatement. I hope they know what a beautiful experience it was for all that attended.
From the beginning I had an agenda for the weekend...
I would meet my roommates. Fall madly in love. And become long distance BFF's. Thankfully Tina, Jamie, and Pepper made that goal so easy. Tina has witt and charm that can't be beat. Jamie has an infectious smile and a generous soul. Pepper is sweet and always willing to help. So obviously I could check "fall madly in love" off my check list.
Meeting the elusive Paco_Belle. Can I get a HECK YES check?
I would of course meet up with old friends like Sari and Lauren and make them pose for about 20 minutes why I tried to figure out my big girl camera settings. And as you can see... a big ol' check mark on that one.
Then I would play peek a boo with Joanie. CHECK...
Then I would capture a photograph immediately after learning how to use my camera buttons.

Then I would find a real cowgirl in the wild wild west...
And of course party the night away, at Park City Mountain Resort, with my most favorite men.
What wasn't on my to do list?
Learning to appreciate my children more than ever. (check)
Recognizing how lucky I am to be married to Brian. (check)
Finding out just how wonderful my friends are in a time of need. (check)
Seeing beauty in all the little things in life.
Discovering a new path to authenticity.
Being truly grateful for every moment.
I left EVO knowing exactly who I want to be...
