Crafting for Idiots-How to Make a Hairy Man Costume and FAIL

There are some words in the English laguage that should not go together.  Peanut butter and pickles.  Marshmallows and red beets.  Green jello and carrots.  Me, scissors, 2 yards of furry fabric, iron on velcro, and a dream.

It all starts with "Mom, I need a hairy man costume." 

Then I take a trip to the great unknown (aka Joanne's Fabric and Craft) to

buy this.  What is this stuff?  I have no clue what I have gotten myself into.

(side note-that mess of wires and computer equipment in the background doesn't even speak to the true electronics disaster we have going on.  You should see the other half of the table not pictured)

Then I put him to work with
